Embassy of Azerbaijan participated at the 13th International Christmas Bazaar

On November 24 – 25, 2012 the Embassy of Azerbaijan participated on the 13th International Christmas Bazaar held at Helexpo Palace in Marousi, Athens.

The bazaar was organized by the Friends of the Child Foundation, a charitable association which was established in 1987 to help children (up to the age of 18) of the impoverished and, for the most part, of single-parent families who face health problems as well as serious socioeconomic issues. The event was held under the auspices of Municipality of Athens with participation of more then 35 Embassies.

The Embassy of Azerbaijan showcased Azerbaijani souvenirs and books.

Also the visitors had the opportunity to try Azerbaijani national food.

Proceeds went to the kindergarten and other causes of the charity Friends of the Child.
